“Great bracket! If anyone’s on the fence about this relocation kit for their JK, just go for it and buy it. You get a ton of ‘look-what-I-did’ bang for your buck! I’ve got photo proof—snapped it at the first public spot I parked after installing it, right when I came back from grabbing some Mexican food. Check out the photo and look closely at their eyes… that’s pure envy! Buy it, and maybe you’ll feel the same pride I do! Semper Fi!”

Only complaint is the wire connector. I just went to Autozone and got a new plug and cut theirs off and put better one on. Didn’t think theirs would hold up to being unplugged and plugged in every time spare tire got taken off. Also got one that was more weather resistant.

Love the way this looks. I found the installation instructions pretty useless if you have a separate tire carrier attached to the bumper. Since it swings separate from the tailgate. I also had issues with the blue clips they supply to tap into the tail light wires. I cut the wires described in the instructions and used heat shrink wire connectors to connect the wires back together adding the extra wire to one side. Also the instructions said “red, black and green wire” and my wire that was provided with the kit was red, black and yellow so I just hooked the yellow wire to the same wire they described to hook the green wire to. I drilled a small hole under the tail light cavity and fed the wires through the hole and with a tire carrier on the bumper this kept me from having to run a long wire to the tailgate.
