Raxiom by JL Audio. When Raxiom decided to create a much needed upgrade kit for the 2015-2023 Mustang's base stereo system they turned to JL Audio. Working together, Raxiom and JL Audio hand picked the correct components to bring your Mustang's base stereo system to life. By employing four C2-650x Coaxial Speakers and a 4-Channel Class D Full Range Amplifier this Stereo Upgrade Kit will deliver sparkling high-frequency detail, smooth mid-range and powerful mid-bass that will rival the higher end factory sound systems.
Evolution C2-650x Speakers. This Raxiom Stereo Upgrade Kit includes a set of four JL Audio Evolution C2-650x Speakers. The C2-650x is a 6.5-inch Speaker that will be a direct fit replacement for your factory installed speakers. The woofer features mineral-filled polypropylene cones with a durable stamped steel frame. The Tweeters are coaxially mounted and are manufactured using 0.75-inch silk dome diaphragms to provide smooth, extended response, on and off axis.
JX400/4D Amplifier. To boost the power of your Mustang's base stereo Raxiom chose JL Audio's JX400/4D 4-Channel Full Range Amplifier. This Amplifier employs a highly-efficient Class D design with a MOSFET power supply to deliver a strong 100 watts to each of its four channels. Featuring a 12 dB octave filter for each channel bank, that can be configured as a low-pass or high-pass filter, this JL Audio Amplifier offers a continuously variable cutoff frequency selection from 50-200 Hz. Dedicated hi-level inputs are included, in addition to conventional low-level RCA inputs. These inputs make it super easy to install the JX400/4D Amplifier to your original factory head unit.
